Rashmi Gems is a gemstone shop in Johari Bazar, Jaipur, open since June 2001 — garnet is our specialty, alongside lab-grown and synthetic coloured stones.
It started with garnet.
Rashmi Gems opened in June 2001 on Ghee Walon Ka Rasta, in the heart of Johari Bazar. Garnet was the stone we built the business around, and it still makes up roughly eighty percent of everything we cut and supply today.
Over time we added lab-grown emerald and sapphire, lab-created ruby, and synthetic London blue topaz and spinel — cutting, polishing and processing each of them ourselves before they go on to traders, jewellers and individual buyers.

Garnet establishes itself as the desk's principal stone — still around 80% of production today.

We don't manufacture the rough material ourselves, but every stone is cut, polished and processed at our desk before it is supplied onward — loose, as beads, in calibrated parcels or rough, in whatever form an order needs. Delivery is strictly within Jaipur; buyers are always welcome to visit and see the stones in person.
